Madefield House currently uses manual fulfillment. After PayPal or other approved payment clears, an operator reviews the order and arranges shipping.

We do not publish fixed delivery windows, free-shipping thresholds, or carrier guarantees until a logistics provider and lead times are confirmed for the batch.

Return eligibility, inspection steps, and refund timing follow the refund policy and are handled case by case for handmade goods.
